1. Acceptance of terms

By using Meet for Coffee, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Description of the service

Meet for Coffee is a free Google Meet add-on for lightweight meeting notes, shared agenda topics, quick votes, and Markdown export.

3. Eligibility and account responsibilities

You must be able to form a binding agreement and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials secure.

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or Google Workspace policies.

5. Free service

Meet for Coffee is currently provided free of charge. We do not charge subscription fees for the service.

6. Customer content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you submit. You are responsible for the content you enter and for making any exports or copies you need. You grant the developers of Meet for Coffee permission to process that content solely as needed to provide the in-meeting experience and related support. Meet for Coffee and its licensors retain all rights in the service.

7. Third-party services, including Google Workspace

Meet for Coffee works with Google Workspace and Google Meet. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's terms and policies.

8. Service availability and modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We aim to provide reasonable notice when changes materially affect users.

9. Termination

You may stop using Meet for Coffee at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, security risk, abuse, or legal requirements.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Meet for Coffee is not intended for emergency use, regulated recordkeeping, legal compliance workflows, or other situations where failure, delay, or data loss could cause significant harm.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meet for Coffee and its developers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost data, lost profits, lost business opportunities, or meeting outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim or USD $10.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify the developers of Meet for Coffee from claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
