Installation

Install Meet for Coffee from the Google Workspace Marketplace listing. If your organization manages add-on installation, ask your Google Workspace administrator to approve Meet for Coffee.

Using the Meet add-on

Open Google Meet, choose Meet for Coffee from the Meet sidebar, sign in with your Google account, and use the workspace to manage agenda topics, notes, votes, and Markdown export for the meeting.

Common issues

Add-on does not appear: confirm the add-on is installed and enabled for your Google Workspace account.
Authorization fails: confirm you are using the intended Google account and retry authorization.
Unable to sign in: clear stale browser sessions or contact support with the error message.
Organization administrator blocks installation: ask your administrator to approve the Marketplace app.

Account and data deletion

Email support@bif.dev to request deletion of Meet for Coffee account data associated with your Google account.
