3. Google user data
Meet for Coffee accesses basic Google account identifiers, including name, email address, profile image, and Google user ID, to authenticate users and display the add-on in the Google Meet sidebar. Meet for Coffee may access Google Meet add-on context solely to render the in-meeting experience.
Meeting content entered into the add-on is shared peer-to-peer with meeting participants during the call and is not intended to be stored by the Build It Faster project. Account identifiers and limited technical logs may be retained as needed to operate, secure, debug, and support the service. Google user data is not shared with advertisers or sold. Users can request deletion by emailing support@bif.dev.
Meet for Coffee's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Analytics
We may use Google Analytics or similar tools to understand how people find and use Meet for Coffee. Analytics tools may use cookies or similar technologies and may collect usage events, device and browser information, approximate location, and interaction data. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, meeting content, or other directly identifying user content to Google Analytics. We do not use analytics data for advertising or remarketing.
